We all have something to share with young people. Things no one has seen quite the way we’ve seen them. Our fears and failures and even what we struggle with at this very moment are object lessons that have much to teach, to reveal, to inspire. We can’t do everything but there’s nothing more valuable than investing yourself in another. Why should today’s young people learn the hard way when we’ve walked so many of the same paths and felt so many of the same pressures?
My passion is to give girls what I didn’t have; I had the best parents but no one showed me how to handle life. No one showed be how to love myself, how to deal with rape, how to overcome guilt and shame. For years I used sex and alcohol to deal with life. I’ve come through many hard trials, through a lot of pain but through it all God kept me.
A lot of people counted me out, said I wouldn’t be anything, but God saw the best in me and chose to use me.
I am a high school graduate of Hunters Lane High School. I have obtained a Associates of Science Degree in Business Administration Management. I am a proud mother of two wonderful boys.
I am a young woman who know who I was and who I am today; I am content with both. I have accepted God’s call to spiritual motherhood and sisterhood, taking spiritual daughters and sisters under my wing to guide them.
What we stand for.
